About the Role
Premier Resourcing is recruiting for an award-winning integrated agency in London, specializing in B2B campaigns for FMCG brands. This is a brand new role and the first hire in their creative services division.
The Junior Account Director will be the primary contact for clients and will manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including: strategy, experiential, POS, production, ATL, shoot management, print, advertising, brand activation, content creation, digital, and more.
You should have experience working directly with trade FMCG clients and be commercially aware, with the ability to identify new business opportunities. Pitching experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full-spectrum B2B creative campaigns for FMCG clients across retail, convenience, wholesale, and out-of-home channels.
* Enhance brand awareness and B2B sales through campaign execution.
* Build and nurture client relationships.
* Utilize diverse marketing channels for campaign success, including digital, experiential, ATL, print, and social media.
* Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts and new client acquisition.
* Create pitch decks and pitch for new business.
* Deliver high-quality campaigns with excellent client care.
* Understand and leverage communication touchpoints to maximize engagement.
Experience & Skills Required
* Proven experience managing end-to-end 360 multichannel campaigns for FMCG clients.
* Exceptional client service skills.
* Deep understanding of retail, convenience, wholesale, and out-of-home marketing channels.
* Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability.
* Experience delivering B2B experiential campaigns.
* Confidence managing photo and video shoots, including content creation and editing.
* Ability to produce impactful POS and brand stand-out strategies.
* B2B experience in trade sectors like retail and grocery stores.
* Broad skills in production, activation, advertising, content, social media, print, and digital.
* Strong project management skills with a hands-on approach.
* Ability to create decks and pitch for new business.
