Job&Talent is recruiting for a skilled Administrator to join our team, supporting one of our largest food production clients based in Selby, North Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced environment within the Technical Department where you will be providing administrative support to the on-site technical team. Our client is a well known manufacturer of sauces and pickled products supplied to major supermarket brands, offering a busy and varied role where organisation, accuracy, and teamwork are essential. Role Details: Location: Selby, UK. Pay rate : £12.46 per hour Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shift during standard office hours (e.g., Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 16:30 PM). Temporary with permanent opportunities Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Technical Department and on-site operational teams. Manage and process documentation, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and traceability. Handle internal communications, including professional email correspondence. Maintain accurate records using various IT systems and spreadsheets. Assist with general office duties The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A good level of spoken and written English for clear and professional communication. Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general email management. A strong administrative background, preferably within a fast-paced environment such as logistics or manufacturing. Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
