Key Responsibilities Delivery: Drive full-lifecycle SAP programmes using SAP Activate or Agile/Waterfall hybrids. Governance: Manage programme boards, steering committees, and RAID logs. Financials: Oversee multi-million dollar budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and vendor SOWs. Resources: Lead cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical, OCM, and Data). Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity between SAP and legacy landscapes. Core Requirements Experience: 10 years in IT Delivery; 2 full-cycle SAP implementations as a Lead/PM. Expertise: Deep knowledge of S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and business process re-engineering. Vendor Management: Proven experience managing Tier 1 System Integrators.
