Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Do you have a Level 2 qualification in a relevant childcare or education field and experience working with children? We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team and make a real difference in local schools across St Helens and Newton-le-Willows.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Assisting pupils with learning activities and emotional wellbeing
* Helping to manage classroom behaviour and routines
* Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed
What We're Looking For:
* Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
* Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
* Experience or familiarisation with SEN
* A flexible and proactive approach to classroom support
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings
* An up to date Overseas Police Check if you have been living outside the UK
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Full right to work in the UK
