Role Overview As a Demand/Supply Planner, you'll play a key role in maintaining an efficient supply chain by ensuring products are available when needed. You'll develop accurate demand forecasts, manage inventory levels, and coordinate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to support seamless delivery and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, sales trends, and market insights. Monitor and manage inventory levels, adjusting supply plans to meet business needs. Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery. Identify and resolve potential supply chain issues proactively. Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting and planning processes. Requirements Previous experience in demand/supply planning or inventory management. Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with ERP or planning tools is advantageous. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Immediate availability is essential.
