As a General Retail Assistant, you will provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers and helping them to make informed purchases.
Key Responsibilities
* Till operation and serving customers
* Stock replenishment and merchandising across all departments
* Creating and maintaining fabulous product displays
* Assisting customers across the Centre, taking every opportunity to WOW
* Carrying out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
* Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
* Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets
Qualifications and Skills
* Knowledge of Garden Centre products preferred but not essential (full training provided)
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Great teamwork
* Hardworking
* Shift flexibility including weekends
* The ability to work well and efficiently under pressure
* Friendly, engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service
Hours & Pay
25.5 hours per week over 3 days, including regular weekend shifts. Shift flexibility is required. Pay ranges depend on age and are competitive within the market.
