What We Offer Quality Care Time: Our visits are at least 1 hour long, ensuring you have the time to provide the highest quality, relationship led care. Paid Travel Allowance: You’ll earn £13.25 per hour for the time between scheduled visits, with no rushing between clients. Mileage Reimbursement: We pay 45p per mile after the first 10 miles each day. Comprehensive Training & Support: Classroom-based training and online courses. Shadow visits with experienced Care Professionals to build confidence and skills. Full support from our friendly and professional team. Guaranteed Contracts: Flexible work patterns are available: choose to work 2, 3, or 4 set days a week, plus every other weekend. Competitive Pay: £13.25 per hour. For example, working 30 hours a week could earn you £1,729 a month (plus mileage).
