Overview
Primarily the role has a paid search focus and will be to manage our many live PPC campaigns for all our clients, as well as onboarding new clients, setting up accounts and campaigns, and undertaking ongoing paid search optimisation. This role sits within our Media Services team, which encompasses website design and digital marketing, meaning a secondary aspect of the role is SEO. We have a very established SEO team and you’d be working closely with them, in tandem, perhaps even taking some of your own clients that do both SEO & PPC and managing their full digital marketing strategy. Working directly with advertisers, you'll be identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and handling slow-to-perform customer queries.
Responsibilities
* Manage live PPC campaigns for multiple clients.
* Onboard new clients, set up accounts and campaigns, and ensure proper tracking and tagging.
* Perform ongoing paid search optimisation to improve performance and ROI.
* Collaborate with the SEO team on integrated campaigns where applicable.
* Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with advertisers.
* Address slow-to-perform customer queries and provide timely support.
