Teaching Assistants & Teachers – SEN Schools (Oxford)\n\nAre you passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs?\n\nTeaching Personnel is working in partnership with a number of SEN schools across Oxford, who are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants and qualified Teachers to join their teams. These schools support pupils aged 4–19 with a wide range of needs, including:\n\nAutism Spectrum Condition (ASC)\n\nADHD\n\nModerate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)\n\nSocial, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs\n\nSpeech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)\n\nThe Roles\n\nTeaching Assistants\n\nAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:\n\nProvide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs\n\nSupport the class teacher with engaging, differentiated lessons\n\nUse behaviour management and de-escalation strategies where required\n\nHelp pupils access the curriculum and develop social and life skills\n\nSupport pupils with personal care where appropriate (training provided)\n\nWork closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and other professionals\n\nTeachers\n\nAs an SEN Teacher, you will:\n\nPlan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons tailored to individual needs\n\nAdapt teaching approaches to support pupils with ...
