Your Role as Care Assistant
* Provide companionship through meaningful conversations and emotional support
* Assist with daily living - meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands
* Deliver personal care with compassion, dignity, and respect
* Encourage physical activity and exercises to promote wellbeing
* Accompany clients to appointments or social events
