We are offering a 40hr contract - day shifts 7am to 3.30pm or 2.30pm to 11pm with occasional night shifts to support and cover in the event of absence or holiday (night shift hours 10.45pm to 7.15am) About you: Excellent organisational skills. Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations Flexible in working time Able to work independantly Your day-to-day: Supporting front desk guest services Maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and monitoring the recycling station Housekeeping assistance within communal areas As required cleaning bedrooms, which includes stripping beds, emptying bins, dusting and vacuuming and general cleaning Car park monitoring - litter picking and emptying bins Ensure good communication between departments, suppliers and guests Adhere to company policies and established operating procedures Independantly responsible for running shift Fire Marshal duties First Aid trained (external training offered) Guest Experience: Ensure the services delivered are always in line with agreed principles In cooperation with the Hotel Manager, handle and provide adequate solutions to complaints, team issues, and general hotel issues In line with the requirements of the Asylum Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
