Interim Technology & Servicing Manager – Pontyclun
Pay £22 per hr Ref 1682781 Hours Full time – temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the day‑to‑day management of a fast‑paced Technology and Servicing department.
* Lead and support teams across Admin, Engineering (electrical and mechanical), and Assistive Technology services.
* Oversee stock management, equipment servicing, and the coordination of departmental vehicles.
* Ensure high levels of efficiency, safety, and service quality across all operational areas.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet performance expectations and organisational objectives.
* Uphold Health & Safety principles and ensure compliance across workflows.
* Monitor and update databases accurately to support service delivery and reporting.
