The Role of Digital Construction Coordinator
As a Digital Construction Coordinator, you will be supported by the Digital Construction Manager to manage the delivery of BIM solutions throughout the project lifecycle—from bid stage to completion, handover, and soft landings.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Being the go-to expert for technical knowledge and innovative solutions
* Conducting training sessions and problem-solving workshops to empower colleagues in using digital software
* Hosting clash resolution meetings to address findings from clash reports
* Ensuring effective use of Digital Construction & Innovation as part of our business strategy
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who has:
* An in-depth working knowledge of Revit & Navisworks
* A solid understanding of producing 3D models and data input
* Experience in auditing models for BEP compliance and understanding of LODs
* Managed clash detection and resolution meetings
* Experience with 4D construction planning using Synchro (preferable)
* A keen interest in new and emerging construction technology
