Previous experience in a footwear manufacturing environment is essential. Experience in either Lasting, Making or Shoe Room departments is preferable. Key Responsibilities: * Focus on ensuring work is to the highest levels of quality * Toe Lasting * Edge trimming * Back part moulding * Work with Supervisors to address specific quality or production problems where required. * Ensuring departmental machinery and equipment is kept clear and in good working order.
