The role will involve supporting work across the Safety and Learning directorate in relation to our maternity and neonatal strategic priority, reviewing case files to ensure cases referred to the scheme meet our ‘outcome first criteria’, providing an opinion on the neonatal care, and feeding back on how we can learn from claims to prevent future harm.

* Deepen your understanding of organisational and system wide safety challenges and ways in which they can be addressed.
* Bring back invaluable learning to enhance and support your own practice and local service improvement.
