About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to teach AS and A Level Biology, as well as the WJEC Level 3 Medical Science Qualification. The role is hourly paid, up to 37 hours per week, on a fixed term until 31 December 2025, at £17.53 - £34.51 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience). Location: Gorseinon Campus.

* Working as part of a team to develop and employ a variety of teaching, learning and assessment strategies.
* Monitor learner progress and provide effective feedback throughout the academic year.
* Ensure excellence in teaching and learning is a key priority for the College.
* Make a full contribution to team meetings and have a positive impact on the overall quality of this subject area.
About You
* Possess a relevant degree and a recognised teaching qualification or be working towards one.
* Able to demonstrate successful experience of teaching A Level Biology in a post-16 setting.
* A very confident communicator and committed individual who can manage and inspire learners of all abilities.
* Excellent organisational skills and a team player.
