Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?
In this pivotal position, you will lead the charge in delivering and developing operational services across key areas such as Modern Slavery, Criminal Justice, Domestic Abuse, and Complex Needs. As the Head of Projects, your responsibilities will include:
* Mobilizing new services and overseeing strategic redesigns.
* Driving business retention initiatives and managing high-impact, time-limited projects.
* Collaborating closely with senior managers and reporting directly to the Executive Director of Services.
* Inspiring teams and aligning stakeholders to elevate service quality and performance.
What Do You Need to Bring?
We’re looking for someone who embodies our values and mission. While you don’t need to check every box right away, a willingness to learn is essential. If you have lived experience in the areas we support, we encourage you to share that in your application.
Key Qualifications:
* A degree or equivalent qualification.
* Substantial experience in managing high-quality support services within the third or public sector.
* A proven track record of navigating complex priorities across multiple services or projects.
* Strong understanding of financial and funding landscapes relevant to Hestia's operations.
* Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office.
Working Hours
Your working hours will be from 9 AM to 5:18 PM, Monday to Friday.
Interview Process
