Recruitment Partner (Internal) – Supported Housing
* Remote (with regular travel across West Midlands, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Greater Manchester, Sheffield, Cheshire, and Staffordshire)
* Up to £45,000 per annum dependent on experience + £4,000 car allowance + benefits

We're looking for a proactive, people-focused Recruitment Partner to help us find and hire passionate individuals who make a real difference in the lives of others. You'll play a key role in building strong, values-aligned teams across our supported housing services.
In this remote-based role, you'll support local managers primarily in adults and young people services, People Team to ensure timely, inclusive, and compliant recruitment – with a focus on frontline support and specialist roles. You'll regularly visit services across the Midlands and North of England to support interviews, build local networks, and promote our employer brand.

What you'll do:
* End-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles – from Support Workers and Team Leaders to Housing Officers and Service Managers.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand local workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
* Design sourcing strategies that reach underrepresented communities and promote our inclusive culture.
* Support on-site recruitment activity including interviews, job fairs, and service visits (travel required 2–3 days per week).
* Coach managers in recruitment practices
* Deliver an excellent candidate experience and act as an ambassador for our employer brand.
* Provide insight on salary benchmarks and safer recruitment requirements.
What we're looking for:
* Proven recruitment experience – ideally in supported housing, social care, health, or a regulated service environment.
* Confident in partnering with operational teams and adapting your approach to meet local needs.
* Knowledge of DBS checks, and right-to-work processes.
* Experience working within a safer recruitment environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to travel (car allowance provided).
