Job Description
3. Manage and streamline financial operations, systems and processes.
4. Lead and develop transactional finance team (AP, AR, Billing)
5. Oversee invoicing and supplier payment runs, ensuring strong cash flow and controls.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
7. Prepare monthly financial reporting, presenting data to internal stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
10. Monitor key financial performance indicators and provide insights.
11. Supervise and support the accounting team to achieve targets.
12. Assist in developing and managing budgets and forecasts.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Operations Manager should have:
13. Have gained relevant experience in Transactional Finance Management in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit or Billing Management
14. Proven leadership and team management abilities.
15. Proactive mindset, with continuous focus on improvement and development
16. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
17. Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
18. A relevant professional qualification in accounting or finance.
19. Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
