You’ll be helping him stay independent in his much-loved family home, and you’ll be joining a welcoming group of personal assistants who already support him. Our client has a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s, so if you have experience or a good understanding of dementia or mental health, that would be a bonus—but it’s absolutely not essential. What matters most is kindness, patience, and a positive approach.
