3. Completing inspections, repairs and job cards accurately and on time
4. Reducing vehicle downtime through smart decisions and customer communication.
5. Supporting a smooth-running shift and helping the workshop deliver at pace
6. Coaching and supporting apprentices and fellow technicians when needed
7. Keeping safety, compliance and housekeeping standards high at all times
8. Representing Alltruck professionally with customers and colleagues alike
Who you are
9. You’re technically sharp, level 3 qualified and proud of doing the job right.
10. You’ve got the resilience to perform in a fast-paced environment and have the adaptability to pivot when priorities change.
11. You own your work from start to finish. You do what you say, bring respect and empathy to the people around you, and you’ve always got your team’s back
12. You’ll fit right in if you’re curious, hardworking, conscientious, and calm under pressure.
13. If you like solving problems, taking ownership, building trust and being part of a team of awesome Alltruckers who look out for each other — this could be your next move.
Why Alltruck?
