We are working with a client in Alderley Edge that is looking for an HR Business Partner for a 12 month period to work with the Head of HR in providing reliable day to day support to leaders and employees across the organisation. You will focus on employee relations, workforce planning, organisational development activities and working closely with managers to build capability, ensuring fair and consistent HR practices.
Key areas and accountabilities are:
Employee relations and case management
Manager coaching and support
HR Process Delivery and Improvement
Workforce planning
Policy, Compliance and Governance
Organisational Development
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys working in a complex, fast-paced environment. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law is key as well as experience advising and coaching managers at all levels.
Experience working in a scientific, technical or regulated environment would be desirable as well as global HR experience and knowledge of organisational design principles.
