1:1 Learning support assistant – Primary School (SEN Support) Location: Shirley, Southampton Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, term time only Contract: Full-time Pay: £14.25 per hour We’re currently looking for a caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a welcoming primary school setting in Shirley, Southampton. This role would suit someone with a calm, patient, and nurturing nature who enjoys building positive relationships and helping children feel supported, confident, and safe in school each day. Your consistent support will play a key role in helping pupils thrive both academically and emotionally.
