Role Description:
Reporting to the Connections Input Services Team Leader providing day to day administrative support to Connections Input Services team to ensure regulatory compliance with our current license obligations under SLC15 and the Competition in Connections Code of Practice.
Main Details:
Working Hours: 08:35 - 16:45 (flexi time)
Working Week: Monday to Friday
Site Location: Castleford (WF10)
Duration: 3 Months (max)
Hourly Rate: £12.82
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing PoC Applications & Design Submissions
• Authorisations of non-contestable projects to Connections Delivery and other relevant departments.
• General email and telephone queries relating to Competition in Connections
• Supporting the CIS Team Leader with day-to-day operational activities
• General administration duties

Essential Qualifications:
GCSE qualifications – including English and Math
Desirable Qualifications:

Customer services experience both externally and internally.
Administration and data inputting to a high level of accuracy.
