Responsibilities
On joining MFT, you’ll be supported to develop your knowledge and skills through our Support Worker Development Programme for Nursing Assistants, including completion of the Care Certificate for candidates who have not completed it previously. For more experienced Nursing Assistants seeking progression, you’ll undertake a skills analysis on start to identify any gaps and be supported to access modules from the clinical skills programme to progress to a Band 3 post on completion. You will be involved in providing compassionate care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Excellent communication skills – in particular listening skills
* A friendly, open, empathetic and compassionate communication style
* A strong ability to engage with patients, visitors and colleagues
* The ability to work well in a team
* Maths & English GCSE C or above (or equivalent qualifications)
