The Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who may require additional assistance in managing their behaviour. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one support for students with behavioural challenges
- Implementing behaviour management strategies and interventions
- Collaborating with teachers and support staff to create individual behaviour plans
- Monitoring and tracking student progress and behaviour patterns
- Providing feedback and support to students to help them develop positive coping mechanisms
- Engaging with parents and guardians to support behavioural strategies at home
