Air Freight Operator
Location: Wythenshawe
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000, depending on experience
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Air Freight Operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to customers worldwide.
What You’ll Be Doing?
* Managing end-to-end air freight export and/or import shipments
* Liaising with airlines, customers, overseas agents, and hauliers
* Handling customs documentation and shipment tracking
* Providing excellent customer service and proactive communication
* Ensuring all shipments are completed accurately and efficiently
* Supporting the wider operations team to maintain smooth day-to-day logistics activity
What We’re Looking For?
* Previous experience within Air Freight Operations
* Strong knowledge of import/export procedures
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, team-focused attitude
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment
* Customs knowledge would be advantageous
