Recruitment Resourcer (Hybrid – Epping)
We’re looking for a driven and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team—and we’re looking to hire quickly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment, gaining hands-on experience across candidate sourcing, bookings coordination, and client delivery.
Location: Epping (only 1–2 days in the office)
Salary: £25,000 (starting)
Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing and screening candidates across multiple roles
- Managing candidate pipelines and internal systems
- Coordinating bookings between clients and candidates
- Supporting with out-of-hours on-call (rota-based)
- Delivering a high-quality candidate experience
- Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment activity
What we’re looking for:
- Previous resourcing or admin experience (ideal, not essential)
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
