As a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner, you'll be a vital member of our dynamic recruiting team, working closely with our business and recruiters to ignite our talent pipeline and shape our organization's future.
In this role, you will collaborate with dedicated recruiters, understanding their needs and developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Your market insights will guide our outreach and location strategy. You will leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, internal databases, and networking to proactively build a pipeline of candidates. Your responsibilities include prospecting, engaging potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and articulating compelling opportunities to convert prospects into enthusiastic applicants. Additionally, you will cultivate and nurture a network of top talent and gather market intelligence to give us a competitive edge.
Key Requirements for success as a Talent Sourcer:
* Talent Sourcing & Research Expertise: Experience sourcing pan-EMEA, including Europe, Middle East, and Africa, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights and Gartner Talent Neuron to understand market trends.
* Effective Communication Skills: Ability to gather information through calls and in-person interactions to identify prospects.
* Exceptional Listening Skills: Ability to actively listen and translate information into compelling narratives.
* Learning Agility: Quickly learn and apply new information and processes.
* Strong Storytelling Abilities: Use data to craft engaging stories that attract candidates.
