We're now looking for an
experienced Internal Sales Consultant
to join our busy Essex team and help drive business growth while supporting our valued customers.
What You'll Be Doing
* Handling incoming customer enquiries and producing accurate quotations
* Nurturing relationships within your customer portfolio to maximise satisfaction and loyalty
* Developing new business opportunities with both retail and major fleet customers
* Responding to emails and calls within agreed SLAs
* Processing orders efficiently to ensure stock meets customer requirements
* Liaising with colleagues and suppliers to deliver the highest level of service
What We're Looking For
* A confident and professional communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Proactive and sales-driven, with the ability to convert leads into opportunities
* Organised, flexible, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* A team player who can also work independently and show initiative
* Comfortable using MS Office (including Excel)
* Good telephone manner and relationship-building skills
Essential experience/qualifications:
* At least 5 years' experience in sales (required)
* Previous experience selling into the Automotive Main Dealer Network
* At least 2 years' experience in the automotive industry (required)
* Full UK driving licence (required)
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Sage 200
* Technical knowledge of the automotive/LCV sector
