* Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for digital, operational, and regulatory projects.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process models.
* Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
* Develop and maintain process maps, data flow diagrams, and business rules.
* Support system integration, data migration, and testing (UAT and SIT) activities.
* Engage in regulatory compliance and market reform initiatives (e.g., Ofgem, Smart Metering, RIIO frameworks).
* Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements validation sessions.
* Work with technical teams to ensure solutions align with industry standards, customer experience goals, and business objectives.
* Prepare documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Change Requests.
* Support project delivery, risk management, and post-implementation reviews.
