Hiring: Employee Relations Advisor Location: Filton (Hybrid – approx. 60% onsite) Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced "Employee Relations Advisor" to join a forward-thinking HR team supporting a large, dynamic organization. What You’ll Do: Provide expert employee relations advice and guidance to HRBPs and line managers on matters including discipline, grievances, absence, and performance management. Support and manage industrial relations topics, ensuring alignment with collective agreements and legal compliance. Lead impartial investigations and compile detailed reports to resolve employee relations cases effectively. Identify training needs and deliver upskilling for HR and line managers on employee relations and industrial relations topics. Contribute to the ongoing development of policies that support a fair and consistent approach to employee relations across the business. Foster strong collaboration across HR teams to deliver integrated solutions that support employee engagement and organizational culture. What You’ll Bring: Solid experience in an employee relations advisory role, ideally within a large, fast-paced environment. Deep knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practices, including union/rep engagement and collective agreements. A proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to supporting both HR and operational leaders.
