Regional General Manager
Were looking for a high-performing, commercially drivenRegional General Managerto take the lead across two of our dealerships: our multi-franchise dealership inKings Lynn, representing MG, Peugeot, and Vauxhall, and our standalone operation inWisbech.
With responsibility for circa 60 employees and full accountability for operational and commercial performance, this is a pivotal role at the heart of our retail business. You'll report to the Regional Director and be instrumental in shaping regional strategy, building strong leadership teams, driving profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in line with manufacturer and Thurlow Nunn standards.
What Youll Be Responsible For:
1. Leading and overseeing daily operations across Sales, Aftersales, and Parts functions
2. Managing the performance of multi-brand dealerships (MG, Peugeot, Vauxhall)
3. Developing and delivering regional business strategy in line with group objectives
4. Driving profitability through margin control, cost efficiency, and growth initiatives
5. Ensuring delivery of a best-in-class, consistent customer experience across all sites
6. Coaching and developing leadership teams, promoting a high-performance culture
7. Overseeing compliance with brand, legal, FCA, and financial standards
