Join our Student Information Services team and play a key role in supporting the student journey from enrolment through to achievement. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
This vacancy is fixed term up to 12 months to cover for maternity.
Actual Salary- £23,871- £24,529.
Pro rata salary for 21.5 hours- £14,457.08- £14,855.59
Working pattern- Current working pattern is Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (can be agreed at the interview)
Essential Criteria
1. Level 2 qualification (and willingness to work towards Level 3) or equivalent experience
2. GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
3. Recent experience in a data-related administrative role
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database systems
5. Strong communication and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities
6. Process and maintain student data accurately across the full lifecycle, from enrolment to achievement
7. Administer exams, timetabling, and course set-up within student information systems
8. Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
9. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and audit requirements
10. Contribute to process improvements and support departmental projects

Let’s Teach The LET’s teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.
Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
