We’re looking for passionate team players to bring joy to our customers every day. As a Group & International FP&A analyst you’ll support the International market, and support FP&A across the Group, working collaboratively to develop a culture of finance excellence within the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Support the International team — bringing insight and challenge to improve commercial, operational and financial outcomes.
- Consolidate FP&A for International markets (based across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia), including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and monthly performance.
- Identify risks, opportunities and levers across the full P&L (sales, labour, COGS, overheads) and connect insights to business decisions.
- Support Group FP&A consolidation and drive consistency and high standards across FP&A in all markets; simplify processes, improve forecasting accuracy and reduce manual work.
- Lead on automating and improving processes FP&A processes and routines via tools and specifically AI workflows and agents
- Key role in the annual planning and budgeting processes in collaboration with other finance leads.
- The role reports into the FP&A Director. This is a full-time role.
Experience and Skills required
- Expert modeler and teacher of modelling
- Proficient in Financial reporting and Data systems (ideally Netsuite and PowerBI)
- Superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Line manager experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong logical and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong sense of ownership and proactivity
- Experience in a multi-subsidiary environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA and/or ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred

- Salary £50,000 -£60,000 per annum and 10% bonus potential

This role is based at Pret’s Support Centre in London Victoria, where we work in a hybrid way - typically three days a week in the office.
