Join Our Team as a Production Operative
We are seeking motivated, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join the production team on the outskirts of Dover; this exciting opportunity allows you to join a committed team with progression, overtime, and bonuses.
The Role
* Position: Full-time, permanent
* Location: Dover, UK - Will need to drive due to location
* Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (days & nights) - Rotating - 5:45am to 6:15pm then 5:45pm to 6:15am
* Hours: 40.25 per week (12.5-hour shifts)
* Pay: £12.30 per hour (days) | £14.15 per hour (nights)
As a Production Operative, you'll help manufacture high-quality products, operate production machinery, handle materials, and support smooth, efficient production processes.
Pay & Progression
* After 3-month probation: £12.60 per hour (days) / £14.50 per hour (nights)
* Career Development Path: Progress to Multiskilled Operator after learning all six operational roles (£13.90 per hour, typically within6-12 months).
* Roles include: Stacking & Packing, Quality Control, Material Loading, and Machinery Operation.
* Further progression opportunities:
* Deputy Zone Leader: £14.40 per hour
* Zone Leader: £15.40 per hour
* Deputy Shift Leader: £16.15 per hour
* Shift Leader: £18.40 per hour
