Job Overview
As Sous Chef you'll be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef. You'll step up and cover for them when they’re not on shift.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
* Run the line during service and ensure smooth operation.
* Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team, helping to develop their skills.
* Maintain the highest standards of food and service.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and kitchen processes.
Qualifications
* Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Commitment to high quality food and service.
* Passion for continuous learning and development.
