You will be part of an inclusive and supportive team delivering care to people with Mental Health conditions as part of their recovery pathway.
What You Will Be Doing
* Provide care to people with Mental Health conditions, supporting their recovery and helping them lead a valued and fulfilled life.
* Participate in ward rounds, observe and analyse behaviours, and adapt care with colleagues.
* Update patient records and provide overall care and support, including assistance with personal hygiene where needed.
* Maintain a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance in a dynamic environment.
* Shift pattern: 12.5 hours per day, 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends.

Location: Farndon Rd, Newark NG24 4SW
The Farndon Unit is a purpose-built hospital providing low secure, rehabilitation and acute inpatient services for women with Mental Health and personality disorder diagnoses, with facilities to support recovery and discharge.
