What You’ll Be Doing
As Deputy Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action — leading from the front, owning the floor, supporting your team and helping drive the success of the restaurant alongside the General Manager. This is the perfect role for an ambitious hospitality leader ready to take the next big step.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Leading energetic, motivated shifts in a fast-paced restaurant
2. Creating a brilliant atmosphere for both guests and team members
3. Coaching, developing and inspiring your team to be their very best
4. Supporting recruitment, training and team development
5. Driving exceptional guest experience every single day
6. Managing labour, stock, rota planning and restaurant performance
7. Understanding and working with KPIs, budgets and P&L
8. Maintaining high operational and food safety standards
9. Being a role model for Rudy’s culture, energy and values
10. Supporting the General Manager in delivering a successful, high-performing site
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with energy, personality and leadership skills who’s ready to make their mark. We're also looking for:
11. Experience in a management role within a fast-paced hospitality environment
12. A proven ability to lead and motivate a team
13. Confidence managing busy services and high-volume operations
14. Experience working with budgets, labour and P&L
15. A genuine passion for food, hospitality and guest experience
16. A hands-on approach — you lead from the floor, not the office
17. A drive to learn, grow and develop your career
18. Big energy and the ability to bring people with you
