About the Role
Join our ITX Deals Tax team as a Real Estate and Infrastructure Manager, overseeing due diligence, VAT compliance, and ITX risk assessments for asset acquisitions or disposals. You'll provide VAT structuring advice, handle consultancy assignments, and identify opportunities to enhance client service. Collaborate with national network teams on diverse projects while managing client relationships and gaining deal experience. Lead and coach your team to ensure consistency and continuity for clients. This role offers high responsibility, varied assignments, and career growth in our successful ITX team.
What Your Days Will Look Like
1. Manage ITX due diligence for assets and corporate acquisitions.
2. Review financing and sale agreements for VAT restructuring.
3. Provide VAT advisory services for real estate and infrastructure clients.
4. Identify and develop opportunities to enhance client service.
5. Support clients with pre- and post-deal VAT strategies.
6. Collaborate with national network teams on diverse projects.
7. Manage client relationships as the central point of contact.
8. Lead, motivate, and coach team members.
This Role is For You If
9. Must possess a CTA/ACCA/ACA Qualification (or an international equivalent)
10. You have strong Indirect Tax technical and analytical skills.
11. You bring experience in the ITX Real Estate and, ideally, Infrastructure sectors.
12. You can manage multiple client/transaction teams concurrently.
13. You excel at building and maintaining strong client relationships.
14. You possess strong project and time management skills.
15. You are focused on self-development and team development.
16. You communicate effectively and delegate work efficiently.
