* Holds a valid and up-to-date CSCS card in trade with NVQ Level 2 or 3
* Holds a Full UK Driving License
* Required to have a personal set of professional tools
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction or maintenance company
* Portfolio of previous work or references
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
