Job Description
As the Marketing and Communications Manager you will have the following responsibilities:
3. Support the Head of Marketing in developing core messaging aligned with the vision
4. Create content (articles, case studies, social posts)
5. Help shape marketing programmes for sales areas and customer experience
6. Assist in building and applying a consistent visual brand across the business
7. Oversee website management and digital development
8. Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective delivery
9. Lead multichannel marketing and PR campaigns to boost awareness and engagement
10. Manage LinkedIn and social campaigns to support business visibility and sales efforts
11. Coordinate with events and sales teams to align branding and communications
12. Support introducer communications, including database management and financial promotions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Marketing and Communications Manager should have:
13. Proven experience in a similar role. You will have well-rounded external communications experience (across advertising, media campaigns, brand management etc)
14. Experience within B2B, ideally within FS
15. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal - you will be a strong copywriter
16. Excellent written skills with the understanding and ability to prepare different communications formats
17. Excellent stakeholder management skills.

18. £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus a 10% discretionary bonus
