You’ll be involved in a range of customer facing tasks while learning valuable skills in scheduling, communication, and coordination. Key Responsibilities: * Liaising with clients on the phone in a professional and friendly manner * Answering and directing incoming calls and emails * Using Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel) to complete tasks * Assist with diary management, scheduling, and coordinating appointments * Updating and maintaining accurate records and internal databases * Following structured administrative processes to ensure consistency and accuracy * Supporting customer care and follow-up communications * Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth business operations Essential Attributes: * A self-starter with a sunny, positive demeanour * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Enjoys speaking with a wide range of people * Confident and professional on the phone * Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages * Process-driven with strong attention to detail * Friendly, reliable, and a team player with a willingness to learn Desirable (but not essential): * Any previous customer service, retail, or office experience * Experience with scheduling or diary management Full training provided, attitude and personality are more important than experience
