Our client is in the process of implementing Microsoft Dynamics CE, moving away from their end-of-life CRM system. They are currently two-thirds of the way through the build phase and require a Test Analyst to support the Test Manager in ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and executing test scripts, supporting functional testing, end-to-end system integration testing, and assisting with user acceptance testing through to delivery. You will play a key role in validating the solution, working closely with the Test Manager, the client, and the system integrator to ensure quality outcomes are met.
Responsibilities
* Support the Test Manager in delivering the overall test strategy and plans.
* Design, prepare, and execute detailed test scripts based on business and system requirements.
* Carry out functional testing and end-to-end system integration testing.
* Support business users in the planning and execution of UAT.
* Log, track, and retest defects, ensuring clear communication with the Test Manager and SI.
* Ensure all testing is completed to agreed timelines and quality standards.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
* Provide accurate reporting on test progress, risks, and issues.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices throughout the project lifecycle.
