About the role…
You will be joining a fast-paced environment where we thrive on delivering exceptional customer care and believe the candidate and hiring manager experience are key to how you approach your recruitment campaigns.
This is a full-time fixed term (12 months) position, with 37 hours per week, offering a hybrid work model.
You will work from our Bowburn office alongside our recruitment team and wider people team to gain a deep understanding of how we make a meaningful impact at Humankind. Ideally, you will be based from the office 2/3 days a week and the rest of the time WFH.
A remote position for the right candidate would be considered, so don’t let your location put you off applying!!
Responsibilities:
* Prepare job adverts to attract top talent
* Shortlist candidates based on specific criteria
* Update and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing them with a positive and supportive experience
* Collaborate with hiring managers, assisting them in optimising the recruitment process.
* Coordinate and arrange interviews for candidates.
* Generate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
* Screen candidates to identify the best fit for various positions.
* Arrange and participate in career fairs.
