What you’ll do
As Contract Director you will:
* Take charge of a portfolio of high‑value contracts, ensuring operational excellence and commercial success.

* Build high‑performing teams, encourage collaboration, and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Help shape business plans, spot new opportunities, and allocate resources to deliver maximum value.

* Maintain profitability and cashflow through sharp financial stewardship.

Qualifications and experience
* Proven senior leadership experience in energy contracting, large‑scale infrastructure or an equivalent field.
* Strong commercial and contractual leadership experience, with the ability to build and develop client relationships and grow a business.
* A track record of managing major projects and frameworks.
* Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to influence at the highest level.
* Deep understanding of safety, health, wellbeing, environmental and quality standards.
* A passion for building inclusive, engaged, and high‑performing cultures.
