Associate Director Procurement Consulting team - Leading UK based Infrastructure and Construction Consultancy - London based - £80-85k base + bonus and benefits
A leading global consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Procurement to support the delivery of high-profile infrastructure and real estate projects across the UK. With a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and collaboration, the organisation offers a dynamic environment where professionals can grow, influence major programmes, and make a tangible impact.
This senior position involves providing expert procurement strategy and end-to-end delivery services to clients across the public and private sectors. The successful candidate will lead teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives. The role also offers the opportunity to shape emerging service areas such as sustainable and digital procurement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead strategic procurement for complex projects and programmes
* Provide specialist advice across multiple industries
* Manage teams, client relationships, and deliverables
* Support bidding, marketing, and service innovation
* Mentor team members and contribute to professional development
Candidate Profile
* In-depth knowledge of regulated procurement (e.g., Public Contract Regulations 2015)
* Strong experience with procurement strategy, tendering, and negotiation
* Familiarity with NEC and JCT contracts
* Cross-sector experience preferred (e.g., defence, utilities, infrastructure)
* Degree in a related discipline desirable
* MCIPS accreditation or willingness to pursue it
* Eligible for or holding SC clearance is beneficial
