Working hours:
1. Full time
2. Remote working basis
Our client is offering the successful Surveyor:
3. £45,000 - £55,000 Basic
4. £60,000 - £75,000 OTE
5. Bonuses
6. Monthly car allowance with the potential of a company car after probation

Surveyor requirements:
15. AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
16. Ability to carry out Valuation work and Level 2 Surveys (Training on Level 3 provided)
17. RICS Registered Valuer
18. Experience in Surveying
19. Full UK licence and access to own car
20. Knowledge of the local area would be advantageous
