Provide high:quality support to pupils in the classroom and small groups
*
Work with teachers to plan and deliver learning activities
*
Support children with special educational needs (SEN), including one:to:one interventions
*
Assist with assessments, progress tracking, and reporting
*
Help create engaging and interactive learning resources
*
Promote positive behaviour and support pupils social and emotional development
*
Supervise children during playtimes, lunchtimes, and school trips when required
*
Maintain safeguarding and child protection standards at all times

Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in primary education
*
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
*
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or primary curriculum
*
Ability to work with children with varying needs, including SEN support
*
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
*
Patient, caring, and proactive attitude
