We need someone exceptional at finding, attracting, assessing, and closing top talent.
At Loud Solutions, we work with scaling companies across AI, SaaS, biotech, healthtech, operations, and founder-led businesses. One week you might be running an executive search for a VP-level hire. The next, helping a client build out an entire growth or operations function.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Exceptional at candidate attraction and placement
* Comfortable managing senior clients and founders directly
* Commercially sharp and proactive
* Able to operate at a high standard without being chased
* Unapologetically themselves
This is not just recruitment delivery.
You’ll also lead customer communication throughout the process:
* Hiring updates
* Market feedback
* Process improvement recommendations
* Offer management
* Candidate insights
* Performance metrics and ratios to improve hiring outcomes
You should know how to explain:
* Why searches are working or failing
* Funnel conversion issues
* Market realities
* How to improve speed, quality, and retention
